1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Total Nursery (the "Service"), a product of Purposix Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown at checkout in your selected currency.
Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners Stripe, Razorpay, and Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
We do not store full card details on our servers; payment data is handled directly by Stripe, Razorpay, or Cashfree under their respective terms.
4. Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers) unless stated otherwise. Taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or using the Service for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by Purposix Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
